Gorey and District had an incredibly interesting looking “Show and Tell” session for the May meeting. Some beautiful work on display.

Tommy McMahon demonstrates two jig methods he uses to accurately glue up segmented pieces for turning - a much harder job to demonstrate how to master the patience required!

Jim Kelly demonstrates how a small alteration in a glue up can produce a radically different pattern when turning a bowl.

Tom Larkin demonstrated getting value out of even the smallest scraps of waste wood producing a meringue of tiny animals all executed with high precision.
